Customer Review: Great experience. We started off a little rocky-- problem with scheduling-- but wow, they turned it around. Jill cut my hair and was so friendly, enthusiastic, and amazing. She gave me the best haircut I've had in *ages* and really listened to my preferences. She showed me how to keep my cut looking awesome and low maintenance. I'm super happy for the scheduling problem that led me to Jill. And you can tell a lot about a business by how they fix problems and this salon (and owner) was great. Customer Review: So glad I took the time to get a facial with Abigail! Her room was SO cute, the music and ambiance was excellent and the bed was so comfy & warm. I’ve had facials before, but this facial took me to another dimension the product felt and smelled so nice and every movement felt flawless. Her face and arm massage was my favorite! Absolutely amazing. When I say my skin was GLOWING…. I highly recommend going to Urbanna Spa and booking with Abigail, she really cares about your skin and wellbeing.
